RULES OF REFUNDS AND WARRANTY

Within 10 days upon arrival of the goods, if there are any problems with the product itself, we need the buyer to provide pictures or a video evidence of the problem and explain the situation. We will send you a a brand new exact product FREE of charge, shipping costs included.
If you are unsatisfied with the product, send it back to us within 14 days of the arrival we will fully refund the product cost, with no further question asked.
Within 12 months of the warranty, you have the right to exchange damaged, faulty or broken products for a new one twice, with no further questions asked. The buyer is only responsible for for paying the shipping costs.
